STERMI, identifies Thrust areas in two streams, (1) short term programs and (2) long term programs. These are the areas of highest priority based on national and international needs. Thrust areas provide a common platform for collaborations between research academia and industry either one to one or across frontiers for faster effective management of science or engineering based product development.
